24Hr service- Our reception offers fluent English speaking staff  at your disposal from Monday-Friday 8,00am -7pm. After these hours an English resident will remain at your disposal, easy reachable by telephone any time.

Check in -from 1pm to 7pm; please let us know anyway your arrival time. If you plan to check in after 7pm, please is important that you let us know 24hrs before .

Cleaning APARTMENT -  Final cleaning is included in the price; if you’d like extra cleaning during your stay a cleaning lady will drop by with a complete set of sheets and towels. Price is 30 euro a hour.

Only for long term staying a 50 euro cleaning fee will be charged at the end of the staying.

Reservations- We’ll be happy to reserve for  you museum tickets, tours, restaurants and to provide you (on request) a personal mother language English and Japanese guide to led you on your Florentine experience.

Transportation- Airport- To reach Florence from the Florentine airport it will take you around 20 minutes. You can catch a taxi (22 euro)or the shuttle bus outside the terminal. The bus leaves every half an hour on the hour.

Train- All the apartments are within 15/20 minutes walking distance from the main railway station Santa Maria Novella; if you are not travelling light a taxi will be available  outside the station for a short ride (around 10 euro)

Private excursions- We request a reservation in advance for this service. A personal English speaking driver will help you to discover the surroundings of Florence and the Tuscan hills. Prices vary depending on the tour and the number of participants.

Parking - We have a private car parking with a daily rate of 25 euro just in front of us

Cancellation policy APT : 10 days before arrival no penalty, from the 9th to the 3rd day before arrival : 2 nights are charged; during the 3 days before arrival and/or for departure before check out day : full amount.
